Gather oceanside for an open-air concert featuring multi-talented singer/songwriter Leesa Richards at the Sunday, October 22 installment of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, the Ocean Drive Association’s free weekly music series bringing music outside of the concert hall and into the community.

The concert takes place at Lummus Park, between 14th Street and 14th Place. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 6:00 PM.

A Detroit native, Leesa Richards started her career as a dancer on a world tour with the legendary Whitney Houston. Soon after she combined her love for music and dance, for the role of Mary Magdalene in the national tour of the Broadway musical, Jesus Christ Superstar. Richards earned critical acclaim leading to featured performances throughout the US and Europe.  Richards has performed and/or recorded with some of music’s biggest voices that include Barbara Streisand, Lenny Kravitz, Faith Hill, The Bee Gees, Gloria Estefan and Carole King.
