NWS Yoga Mornings on Facebook Live

Yoga Mornings at the New World Center, presented by Jackson Health System, is a monthly community vinyasa yoga series at SoundScape Park, in front of the New World Center.

This free event is suitable for all levels. No advanced purchase required. Make sure to have plenty of space, a yoga mat, your favorite juice, or anything else you’d like to help you get the most out of this experience.
