Every other Monday from September 19th to November 28th Miamibloco opens its doors to share an experiential taste of Afrobrazilian percussion with our community. Guided by Brian Potts, DMA and occasional guest Mestres, we’ll learn about a specific rhythm and co-create a percussion arrangement within the hour. No experience required to participate, ticket includes instrument rental. After the workshop, grab a drink and dance to live Samba with the Miamibloco Bateria Rehearsal from 7-9pm.
