Gandhi Djuna better known by his stage name Gims, is a French singer-rapper. He was part of the rap group Sexion d’Assaut and has developed his solo career with major solo releases. Coming from a musical family, his father was Djuna Djanana, a vocalist of Papa Wemba’s band. Gims is nothing if not multifaceted, a multi platinum- selling artist. Gims has collaborated with a number of renowned artists from around the world including Pitbull, Lil Wayne, Stromae, Maluma, Sting and Mohamed Ramadan, making him one of the top rappers coming out of France.
