Join The Bass Museum on the last Sunday of every month for free museum admission and fun-filled art activities for kids and families.

This Family Day The Bass and O,Miami! partner for DONT GO: A Sign-Making Playground, with artist Erin Thurlow.

Artist Erin Thurlow created the outdoor sculpture DONT GO, located near the main entrance to The Bass, mimic a crosswalk sign but signal something more. Kids and families are invited to make their own signs while discussing how artwork uses language and authoritative voice.

Enjoy free admission to the museum all day on the last Sunday of every month, and from 2 – 4 PM participate in The Bass’ Family Day. Our free, monthly IDEAS program is created to engage families with children of all ages in activities that encourage conversation, exploration and experimentation through art. Activities include an in-person art making in Collins Park and/or the Creativity Center with art materials provided to participants.
