Gather oceanside for an open-air concert featuring Tampa-based jazz ensemble La Lucha Trio at the Sunday, October 1 installment of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, the Ocean Drive Association’s free weekly music series bringing music outside of the concert hall and into the community.

The concert takes place at Lummus Park, between 14th Street and 14th Place. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 6:00 PM.

La Lucha is comprised of three best friends hailing from Colombia, Mexico and the United States. Band members include Alejandro Arenas on bass, Mark Feinman on drums and John O’Leary on piano. Their repertoire is a diverse mixture of Latin inspired rhythms with Jazz standards, twisted arrangements of pop songs and original compositions.
